Return Policy

Refund Process and return 

1.Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days. and return will be acceptable within 7 days 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds for online payments will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days.

Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

3. Replacement Policy
If a replacement product is available, it will be delivered at no extra cost.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. your order will be excahnge and replacement will delieverd within 7 days .

4. Important Notes
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Repeated or unjustified return requests may result in suspension of services.

Ambel reserves the right to accept or reject any return, replacement, or refund request at its discretion.
